Terms and Conditions

John C. Sherwood acts as a private contractor for all writing, editing and entertainment projects. Terms and conditions are flexible and may be modified by verbal agreement with the client.

Please note the following in regard to our online events:

* To prevent unauthorized sign-ins during sessions, Zoom links are not to be shared with anyone who is not part of the client's immediate group; any violation of this rule will be noted immediately and may result in termination of the session. 

** Sessions are expected to begin and end precisely at the times set electronically by the Zoom, as planned by the client and MysteryVisits staff; participants should be prepared to use their time efficiently and without delay, as the presenter may not necessarily control when a Zoom session times out. 

*** If unavoidable circumstances prevent a full session to be held as planned, MysteryVisits staff either may extend the session or help to arrange another without additional cost. If such circumstances prevent the presenter from participating, the client will be contact as immediately as possible and a refund will be made or the session rescheduled. If the client cancels a scheduled session less than 24 hours prior to the event, no second payment will be necessary but the initial payment is forfeited.
